IAG Engine Tech is seeking a Partner Performance Manager - Parts Repair to establish and operate a governance framework for external repair partners, subcontractors and outsourced MRO providers. You will drive scorecards, escalations, and corrective actions to ensure quality, delivery and compliance across the repair ecosystem.

Responsabilidades

  • Establish and operate the partner performance management framework for external repair partners, subcontractors, repair partners and outsourced MRO service providers.
  • Establish and manage partner scorecards covering quality, delivery, cost, responsiveness, contractual performance, cycle time, regulatory compliance and repair reliability.
  • Ensure each critical repair partner and subcontractor has clear ownership, performance expectations and issue-resolution processes.
  • Support partner segmentation based on criticality, spend, repair-flow impact, operational risk and strategic relevance.
  • Ensure repair partner performance routines are aligned with the broader partner governance model and partner ecosystem strategy.
  • Govern outsourced MRO activities from a performance, contractual and compliance perspective.
  • Ensure subcontractors meet agreed quality, delivery, cost, cycle-time and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor external repair partners and subcontracted work packages through structured KPIs, reviews and escalation routines.
  • Coordinate with Procurement on commercial issues and with Planning & Inventory on cycle-time, capacity constraints and repair-flow priorities.
  • Ensure external repair performance supports shop-visit execution, operational continuity and customer commitments.
  • Lead structured partner performance reviews with internal stakeholders and external repair partners.
  • Define corrective action plans for underperforming repair partners and track implementation to closure.
  • Initiate partner improvement plans when subcontractor or repair partner performance affects MRO execution.
  • Coordinate escalation processes for partner failures affecting engine turnaround time, repair cycle time, quality, material availability or customer commitments.
  • Track partner recovery plans until measurable and sustained performance improvement is achieved.
  • Ensure repair partners and subcontractors operate in compliance with applicable aviation regulations, safety standards, quality requirements and internal company policies.
  • Coordinate with Quality and Engineering on partner approvals, audits, findings, deviations and remediation plans for repair partners and subcontractors.
  • Track Partner audit outcomes and ensure corrective actions are completed within agreed timelines.
  • Ensure subcontracted MRO activities meet regulatory, quality, delivery and documentation requirements.
  • Monitor partner deviations, quality escapes, non-conformities and recurring repair process issues.
  • Apply the partner risk management framework to repair partners and subcontractors, covering financial, operational, regulatory, capacity and single-source risks.
  • Maintain risk visibility for critical external repair Partners and subcontracted work packages.
  • Provide early warning indicators on partner health, capacity constraints, repair backlog, cycle-time deterioration and operational fragility.
  • Define mitigation plans for high‑risk repair partners, including secondary repair sources, allocation management, capacity actions, contractual protections and contingency plans.
  • Identify repair capacity bottlenecks or subcontractor risks that may affect shop‑visit execution, turnaround time or customer commitments.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for repair partners and subcontractors, including quality, delivery, cost, cycle time, responsiveness, audit closure and corrective action completion.
  • Maintain visibility of repair cycle‑time performance, overdue repairs, constrained partners, bottlenecks and unresolved escalations.
  • Report partner performance impacts on engine turnaround time, repair‑flow stability, material availability and customer commitments.
  • Work with Contracts Management & Warranties to ensure repair partner obligations, service levels, warranty terms and commercial commitments are reflected in performance routines.
  • Provide structured reporting to the Head of Partner Governance, Compliance & Contracts Management on repair partner performance, risks, escalations and improvement plans.

The Partner Performance Manager - Parts Repair is responsible for establishing and operating the Partner performance management and subcontract governance framework for external repair partners, repair Partners, subcontractors and outsourced MRO service providers.

This role ensures that external repair Partners and subcontracted repair activities perform in line with agreed quality, delivery, cost, cycle-time, regulatory, contractual and operational commitments. The role protects shop-visit execution, repair-flow reliability, external repair control and Partner accountability across the parts repair ecosystem.

The position converts subcontract and repair Partner strategy into structured governance, performance reviews, corrective actions, compliance control, cycle-time visibility and escalation mechanisms.

1. Partner Performance Framework - Parts Repair
  • Performance Framework: Establish and operate the partner performance management framework for external repair partners, subcontractors, repair partners and outsourced MRO service providers.
  • Partner Scorecards: Establish and manage partner scorecards covering quality, delivery, cost, responsiveness, contractual performance, cycle time, regulatory compliance and repair reliability.
  • Repair Partner Ownership: Ensure each critical repair partner and subcontractor has clear ownership, performance expectations and issue-resolution processes.
  • Partner Segmentation Input: Support partner segmentation based on criticality, spend, repair-flow impact, operational risk and strategic relevance.
  • Governance Alignment: Ensure repair partner performance routines are aligned with the broader partner governance model and partner ecosystem strategy.
2. Subcontract Management Governance
  • Outsourced MRO Governance: Govern outsourced MRO activities from a performance, contractual and compliance perspective.
  • Subcontractor Performance: Ensure subcontractors meet agreed quality, delivery, cost, cycle-time and regulatory standards.
  • External Repair Control: Monitor external repair partners and subcontracted work packages through structured KPIs, reviews and escalation routines.
  • Cycle-Time Coordination: Coordinate with Procurement on commercial issues and with Planning & Inventory on cycle-time, capacity constraints and repair-flow priorities.
  • Repair-Flow Discipline: Ensure external repair performance supports shop-visit execution, operational continuity and customer commitments.
3. Performance Reviews & Corrective Actions
  • Performance Reviews: Lead structured partner performance reviews with internal stakeholders and external repair partners.
  • Corrective Actions: Define corrective action plans for underperforming repair partners and track implementation to closure.
  • Improvement Initiatives: Initiate partner improvement plans when subcontractor or repair partner performance affects MRO execution.
  • Escalation Management: Coordinate escalation processes for partner failures affecting engine turnaround time, repair cycle time, quality, material availability or customer commitments.

4. Regulatory, Safety & Quality Compliance

  • Cycle-Time Dashboard: Maintain visibility of repair cycle‑time performance, overdue repairs, constrained partners, bottlenecks and unresolved escalations.
  • Operational Impact Reporting: Report partner performance impacts on engine turnaround time, repair‑flow stability, material availability and customer commitments.
  • Contractual Alignment: Work with Contracts Management & Warranties to ensure repair partner obligations, service levels, warranty terms and commercial commitments are reflected in performance routines.
  • Management Reporting: Provide structured reporting to the Head of Partner Governance, Compliance & Contracts Management on repair partner performance, risks, escalations and improvement plans.
