HP is seeking an EMEA Quality Performance Engineer to own end-to-end service quality and engineering performance for a defined set of repair partners within Services Supply Chain. The role emphasizes quality execution, partner governance, and value delivery across a global repair network.

You will also align, prepare and maintain global technical documentation for assigned commodities, drive root-cause analyses, and coordinate with Global Engineering, suppliers and operations to resolve issues

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial or related field)
• 4+ years of experience in quality engineering, product support, repair operations, or similar roles
• Experience managing suppliers or repair partners in a global environment preferred
• Experience with complex electromechanical systems (printing or similar) preferred
• Experience with technical documentation, repair engineering, or serviceability is a strong advantage

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end quality performance for assigned repair partners and commodity portfolio.
• Drive proactive risk identification and rapid containment/resolution.
• Lead corrective actions across repair partners and product lines.
• Coordinate with Global Engineering, GBU, suppliers, and operations to close issues effectively.
• Own governance cadence: performance reviews, audits, escalation loops.
• Drive repair yield improvement and waste reduction initiatives.
• Translate quality issues into measurable cost impact and corrective actions.
• Support global deployment of documentation and ensure alignment with repair operations.
