Formación

  • 5+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience in business development or channel sales.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of partner-facing, quota-carrying experience in business development, strategic alliances, or channel sales at a high-growth SaaS company
  • Proven ability to drive sales opportunities from lead generation to closure, negotiate agreements, and build lasting partnerships
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and architectural scenarios quickly, and explain them effectively both verbally and in writing
  • University degree
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time (when feasible)

Nice to have

  • Experience in automation, integration, RPA, or data & analytics
  • Fluency in German, French, or other European languages

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the EMEA partner strategy
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard partners across EMEA
  • Activate partners through training, planning, and joint GTM activities
  • Host strategic partner QBRs
  • Collaborate closely with sales, customer success, and marketing teams
  • Meet and exceed partner-sourced ARR targets
