Job Description:

Are you passionate about customer experience and external relationships? Do you have experience contributing to key initiatives and managing medium to large projects? Are you skilled in communication and analytical problem-solving? If so, this role might be for you.

The Payments team manages software processing over 20 payment methods worldwide, including credit cards, private label cards, and foreign exchange programs. As a Business Operations Partner Manager, you will drive operational excellence within payments, support external partners, and improve customer experiences. You will also collaborate with internal teams to identify friction points, develop requirements, and lead customer experience improvement projects. This hands-on role involves data analysis, resolving escalations, and supporting new payment functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Facilitating relationships with third-party partners and internal stakeholders.
  2. Recommending and grounding projects with data and financial justifications to improve customer pain points.
  3. Identifying operational gaps and proposing requirements for new offerings.
  4. Resolving customer-impacting issues with technology teams.
  5. Gathering requirements and producing data-driven analyses to support new payment products.
  6. Developing performance metrics and analyzing trends.
  7. Conducting deep dives into product responsibilities such as credit cards.
  8. Driving significant efficiency improvements annually.
  9. Experience in fraud or payment management is a plus.
  10. Basic to intermediate SQL skills are a plus.
  11. Additional EU language skills are a plus.

Minimum Requirements: Proven relevant work experience, fluent in English, Italian, and Spanish, strong analytical skills, project management experience, excellent communication skills, and a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
