ADP is seeking a Partner Manager based in Barcelona to own relationships with In-Country Partners across multiple countries within a designated geographic region. You will provide operational support for partner services and serve as the primary contact for partner performance and execution.

You will ensure timely resolution of service issues, monitor partner performance, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver efficient payroll solutions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR, finance, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of knowledge in Payroll, HR Services, vendor management, account management, or service delivery.
• Experience working in a global or multicultural environment preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong relationships with partners to support effective service delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for designated partner leadership team.
• Ensure partners meet contractual and operational obligations within agreed service levels.
• Manage the operational day to day relationship for a defined set of Partners. Assist and manage Partner escalation requests.
• Response to and resolve issues/tickets from internal team members.
• Monitor and evaluate partner performance through regular service reviews and operational metrics.
• Coordinate the allocation of new clients to designated partners.
• Supporting other functions as the key contact person for a designated set of partners.
• Other duties includes Assist in the preparation and execution of annual Regional Workshops.
• Provide backup support for other Partner Managers as required.
• Support Executive Relations Managers as on operational matters when required.
• Escalate actual or potential compliance risks promptly and appropriately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Summary

The Partner Manager is the primary owner of relationships with In-Country Partners across multiple countries within a designated geographic region. The role provides dedicated operational support for all matters related to the delivery of partner services and serves as the primary point of contact for the partner operational performance and execution.

The Partner Manager is responsible for ensuring timely resolution of service-related issues, monitoring partner performance, and effective collaboration between internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is a critical component of ADP’s Global Payroll supply chain and contributes to the delivery of efficient, accurate, and cost-effective global payroll solutions.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field preferred but not required.
• 2-3 years of knowledge in Payroll, HR Services, vendor management, account management, or service delivery.
• Experience working in a global or multicultural environment preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
