The Partner Success and Services team is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to execute programs that will deliver optimization, growth opportunities, and risk mitigation in Autodesk’s partner business across the customer lifecycle. Reporting to the Manager, Data and Growth, this role will be a key business partner to Autodesk’s EMEA partner-facing team (Partner Managers, Partner Business Consultants, and Partner Success Managers), ensuring they have the necessary tools and insights to enhance partner performance effectively and programmatically.

Responsibilities

• Growth Strategy Development : Identify key growth levers, develop comprehensive strategies aligned with business objectives, conduct market research, and prioritize initiatives based on data-driven insights and ROI.
• Data Analysis and Measurement : Establish KPIs, analyze data to identify trends, measure impact, and optimize performance using analytics tools.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies and ensure smooth execution, facilitating stakeholder communication and buy-in.

Skills & Experience

• Proven program management experience, especially in partner / channel contexts.
• Track record in scoping, building, and executing growth programs and strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large data sets and identify opportunities.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Adaptability to changing circumstances and strategic flexibility.
• Minimum of 5+ years in program / project management related to partners / channels, with strong leadership and collaboration abilities, and proficiency in data analysis and strategic planning.
