Why is this role important at Infobip? The Partner Development Manager is an individual contributor role in the regional Europe structure reporting directly to the Sales Director. The role focuses on growing the region by developing and managing partnership programs to increase revenue from existing partners. The Manager acts as a liaison, building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners to expand their collaboration with Infobip. Responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies, establishing business goals, and collaborating with internal teams to create value propositions. The role involves managing partner relationships, tracking business growth, leading joint planning processes, ensuring partner compliance, and driving adoption of company programs among partners. The Manager also manages partnership data in Salesforce, organizes partner-related events, and collaborates with sales teams to acquire new customers.
Qualifications: We seek professionals interested in high-growth challenges within a global tech company, with experience in PaaS, Cpaas, or SaaS in IT and Telecom sectors. Candidates should have managed high-profile accounts or partners, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be fluent in English, and have strong analytical and organizational skills.
