Our partner agency is a local agency that organizes tailor-made trips to Italy. Being based in Galapagar-Madrid in Spain, we are a team specialized in experiential, ecotourism and sustainable trips. We offer immersive and transformative trips. Our purpose is to improve the relationship between people and the environment through travel.

Job Description

With its network of over 1000 partner local travel agencies in more than 160 destinations, Evaneos participates in the recruitment for its partner agencies. Our partner agency is a local agency specialized in Spain travel and partner of Evaneos. The agency is strongly committed to sustainable development, and you will assist them to obtain a sustainability certification for their actions called Travelife. Travelife is a leading training, management and certification program for tourism businesses wishing to embark on the path to sustainability.

Your Missions as a Sustainable Tourism Assistant

Reporting to Beatriz López, your main missions will be:

1. Ensuring that the agency meets all certification requirements.
2. Supporting in developing new practices in coordination with the direction and the team’s departments.
3. Participating in online meetings and training with Travelife right through to final certification.

Communication and Administrative Skills

Your communication and administrative skills will be key to assure comprehensive reporting in alignment with the agency’s practices. You will be the person who manages and monitors all processes.

Precise location: Remote

Availability (Starting dates): From April 7th

Working time per day and week: 18 hours per week.

• You are proficient in English.
• You have an interest in sustainable development.
• You are a strong communicator.
• You have administrative skills and a passion for quality and detail.
• Organization and time management have no secrets for you.
• You have a good command of office automation tools and data handling.
• You enjoy making proposals and have joy in taking initiative.
• You are dynamic and motivated.
• Ideally, you have experience in tourism and tourism supplier relations.
• You speak one of our market languages: French, Spanish, Italian, or German.
