Job Opportunity: Partner Account Manager – Catalunya (m/f/d)
We are seeking a Partner Account Manager for 40 hours/week to support our global expansion and strengthen our brand presence in Catalunya. This role reports directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy, and is based in Catalunya, with the possibility of working from our Barcelona office.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in Catalunya.
- Oversee onboarding processes and cultivate long-term, successful business relationships.
- Organize and coordinate online and in-person training sessions for partners, including product training, ensuring effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program.
- Define and execute business plans with partners, monitor their growth, and drive strategic and commercial development.
- Participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings to promote solutions and enhance brand visibility.
- Create sales forecasts and develop strategies to meet business targets in Spain.
- Collaborate internally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams and externally as a key company representative.
- Maintain accurate partner and deal information in our CRM system for tracking and reporting.
- Existing relationships and knowledge within Partners and MSSPs in Catalunya are considered a strong asset.
Your Profile
- Solid IT knowledge, ideally in cybersecurity or cloud services, gained through academic or equivalent qualifications.
- At least five years of professional experience in the IT sector with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
- Experience with enterprise sales methodologies like MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman is highly valued, especially in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders.
- Proven experience working with sales partners and distributors in Catalunya, with a track record of strategic partner development.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with partners and customers.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) and enthusiasm for presenting and promoting solutions during meetings and negotiations.
- Dynamic, results-driven personality thriving in an international, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English, with strong presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized, capable of prioritizing tasks effectively.
