Intro
To increase our global expansion and enhance our brand presence, we are seeking a Partner Account Manager – Catalunya (m/f/d) for 40 hours/week, available to start immediately or as soon as possible. This role reports directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy and is based in Catalunya, with the possibility to work from our Barcelona office.
Your Job
- Identify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in Catalunya.
- Oversee the onboarding process of new partners and foster long-term, successful business relationships.
- Organize and coordinate online and in-person training sessions for partners, including product training, ensuring the effective implementation of the Hornetsecurity Partner Program.
- Define and drive business plans with partners, monitor their growth, and ensure strategic and commercial development.
- Participate in industry events, fairs, and partner meetings to promote our solutions and strengthen brand presence.
- Create accurate sales forecasts and develop actionable strategies to meet business targets in Spain.
- Collaborate internally with Sales, Marketing, and Product Management teams, and externally represent the company professionally and expertly.
- Maintain and update our CRM system with relevant partner and deal information for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Valuable knowledge and existing relationships within Partners and MSSP in Catalunya are considered strong assets.
Your Profile
- Solid IT knowledge from academic background, university studies, or equivalent qualification—preferably in cybersecurity or cloud services.
- At least five years of professional experience in the IT sector with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
- Experience with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Miller Heiman is highly valued, especially in complex partner or end-user environments involving multiple stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in dealing with sales partners and distributors in Catalunya, with a successful track record in strategic and economic partner development.
- Excellent communication skills, confident and professional interaction with partners and customers.
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 50%) and enjoy presenting and promoting Hornetsecurity’s solutions during meetings and negotiations.
- Possess a winning personality and thrive in an international, fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English, with strong presentation skills.
- Driven by achievement, goal-oriented, with a passion for quarterly targets and accountability.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks supporting company growth.
