What you will do at Signaturit

  • Strategic Partnership: Lead Signaturit's partnership strategy by identifying, recruiting, and engaging with partners to foster mutually beneficial solutions that enhance customer experience and drive growth.
  • Partnership Management: Oversee partner relationships from initial engagement to ongoing support, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Focused Expansion: Drive strategic initiatives to expand our network, especially in regions like Spain, EMEA, and LATAM, to facilitate entry into new markets.
  • Market Penetration: Identify and engage with key organizations to accelerate growth, negotiating and closing partnership agreements aligned with strategic goals.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze partnership performance, using data-driven strategies to optimize outcomes.
  • Revenue Generation: Responsible for meeting and exceeding partnership-related revenue targets through effective deal management.
  • Marketing for Partner-Centric Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing to develop initiatives that maximize ROI and partner engagement.
  • Infrastructure Enhancement: Develop and improve frameworks and processes to support partnership activities.
  • Ensure partners are aligned with the group's commercial strategy and fully understand the Signaturit portfolio.

What we believe should contribute to your success

  • Deep experience in SaaS B2B partnership models such as resell, systems integration, ISV, consulting, and technology.
  • Proven ability to build partner ecosystems and a hands-on approach to business development.
  • Strong leadership skills to build, coach, and lead a team of partner professionals.
  • Native Spanish speaker with full professional fluency in English (French or German is a plus).
