SnackPilot, a growing brand that explores global snacks, is looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Manager. In this fully remote position, you will be responsible for managing social media channels, from content creation to community engagement, primarily on Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate is experienced in social media management, video creation, and is fluent in English, with a passion for snack culture and creativity.

About SnackPilot

Now were looking for a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to help us grow our digital presence and bring our global snack adventure to life on Instagram and TikTok.

Tasks

Your Role

As our Part-Time Social Media Manager youll be the creative pilot behind SnackPilots social media channels. From planning and producing content to engaging with our snack-loving community youll make sure our platforms stay fresh fun and relevant.

Key Responsibilities

1. Reels Production (20 per month)

• Develop creative concepts and produce engaging reels (Instagram TikTok).
• Plan and organize content on our Notion board (hooks captions open files).
• Publish daily content across Instagram & TikTok.
• Cover categories like :
• Trending sounds & snacks
• Behind-the-scenes (BTS)
• Unboxing the monthly box
• Travel & cultural taste content
• Community challenges giveaways & quizzes

2. Instagram Stories

Publish interactive and engaging Stories at least every second day.

3. Community Management

Engage with our audience via comments and DMs.

Support community conversations in collaboration with the SnackPilot Brand Manager.

4. Virality & Social Relevance

Create content designed for virality and cultural relevance.

Connect with and feature relevant creators & communities.

Keep SnackPilot active in industry conversations by sharing & engaging with trending content.

Requirements

What Were Looking For

Proven experience in social media management & content creation (Instagram & TikTok focus).

Strong skills in video creation and editing for reels. You are amazing infront of the camera and have no issues to create video content.

Up-to-date with trends memes and snack culture .

Creative thinker with an eye for storytelling and hooks.

Proactive organized and comfortable working independently.

Fluent in English (Spanish German or other languages are a plus).
