A leading consulting firm seeks an experienced SAP HR (HCM) Consultant for part-time remote support of HR systems. The ideal candidate will assist in configuring SAP HR modules and collaborate with stakeholders while managing priorities effectively.

Formación

  • 5+ years of SAP HR / HCM functional consulting experience.
  • Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP HR implementation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Location : Remote / [Insert Location] Engagement Type : Part-Time, B2B / Freelance Start Date : [Insert Start Date] Duration : [Ongoing / Fixed-Term / Project-Based] Rate : [Insert Hourly or Monthly Rate] Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced SAP HR (HCM) Consultant to support our ongoing HR system requirements on a part-time basis.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in SAP HR modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.

This is a flexible remote opportunity suitable for someone who can contribute a few hours weekly or work on a task-based model.

Key Responsibilities : Configure and support SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, PY).

Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Provide support for day-to-day issues, change requests, and enhancements.

Assist with data migration, testing, and go-live support as needed.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant data privacy regulations.

Create functional documentation and conduct user training when required.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or a related field.

5+ years of SAP HR / HCM functional consulting experience.

Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP HR implementation.

Knowledge of payroll localization (optional : specify countries if applicable).

Ability to work independently and manage priorities.

Strong communication skills in English; other language skills are a plus.

Preferred Skills : Experience with SuccessFactors integration.

Familiarity with SAP Fiori HR apps.

Debugging and coordination with ABAP teams.
