In this role, you will help football players connect with programs that support their aspirations of going pro, using your skills to motivate and guide them. You will receive comprehensive training and have the opportunity to earn commissions based on sales performance, with bonuses for top results.

Do you want to help athletes achieve their dreams?

Join us in helping football players from all over the world achieve their dream of going pro through tryout programs in one of the countries with strongest football presence…Spain!

About the position :

• Location : Fully remote

Responsibilities :

• Find potential players on social media.
• Start meaningful conversations through direct messages with the athletes.
• Assess their motivation, needs, and obstacles.
• Guide players into the right program that better suits them.

You will receive :

• 1 weekly sales training session.
• 5% commission per sale (Packages range from €3,000 to €60,000).
• 1.25% commission boost + €250 every 5 sales.
• 500 bonus for Top Sales Rep of the Month.
