Santander is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor at the Sittingbourne branch. This role is 21 hours per week on a rota basis, Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 6pm. You will be the welcoming face, listen to customers, assist with transactions, and help them use banking technology.

You’ll solve problems, build relationships, and develop product knowledge to improve customer experience. A flexible, multi-skilled team member will thrive here.

Formación

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either face-to-face or telephony background.
• Effective communication with customers to understand needs.

Responsabilidades

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers in branch or over the phone.
• Assisting with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing.
• Answering customer calls into our contact centre.
• Building relationships and finding solutions for customers.
• Developing knowledge of services and products to help customers.
• Identifying new ways to improve the customer experience.
