Santander UK is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor based at the Chesterfield Branch. The role covers in-branch and telephony support, handling transactions, assisting with enquiries and protecting customers from fraud.

You will join a close-knit team, work 35 hours per week on a rotating shift from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Saturday, and strive to deliver outstanding service across channels.

Formación

• Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service either face-to-face or telephony-based (Required)
• Effective communication to understand customer needs (Required)
• Desire to go above and beyond for customers (Preferred)
• Strong teamwork and flexible, can-do attitude (Preferred)
• Willingness to handle a broad range of activities beyond standard expectations (Preferred)
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and priorities (Preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for customers in branch or by phone
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, queries and servicing
• Answer customer calls into our contact centre
• Build relationships and find solutions
• Develop knowledge of services and products to help customers
• Identify new ways to improve the customer experience
