Spanish Limited is seeking a Part-time Chef / Housekeeper to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen and keep the property in pristine condition. The role involves preparing balanced meals, managing stock, and ensuring high cleanliness standards for clients and staff.

You will work closely with the Head Chef and Operations Manager to maintain a safe, healthy, and welcoming environment across the kitchen and living spaces.

• Support the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen.
• Prepare healthy, nutritious meals during kitchen duties and ensure cleanliness throughout the property.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider team to provide a comfortable and therapeutic environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare healthy, balanced lunches and dinners for clients and staff.
• Assist with food deliveries and stock storage.
• Food ordering and shopping trips.
• Follow and create weekly menus and recipes while maintaining high standards of food quality.
• Cater for dietary requirements, allergies and cultural preferences.
• Ensure all food is safely stored, labelled and rotated.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
• Wash kitchen equipment, utensils and cooking areas.
• Inform the Head Chef or Operations Manager of stock shortages.
• Follow HACCP principles and Spanish food safety legislation.
• Complete food safety records and cleaning schedules as required.
• Use the company vehicle for shopping when authorised.
• Clean all client bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas to a consistently high standard.
• Change bed linen and towels as required.
• Ensure cleaning checklists are completed accurately.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any faults.
• Ensure all cleaning chemicals are stored and used safely in accordance with company procedures.
• Carry out laundry duties including washing, drying, ironing and organising linen.
• Replenish toiletries and housekeeping supplies.
• Empty bins and dispose of waste safely.
• Maintain high standards of infection prevention and cleanliness throughout the property.
• Report maintenance issues or damage promptly.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained and safely stored.
• Follow company cleaning procedures and health and safety policies.
