• Assist in the preparation and filing of civil claims using digital tools
• Conduct document checks to ensure case data accuracy and support the legal team by organizing case files and tracking court communications
• Help build and refine internal workflows for managing high claim volumes
• Identify process issues and suggest practical improvements
• Maintain internal records and prepare simple reports
• Possess a degree in Spanish law and have a strong interest in litigation and civil procedure
• Be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently
• Experience with legal documentation or court filings, ideally in a litigation role
• Be based in Barcelona, Spain and able to work from home
• Fluent in Spanish (C2) and English (C1)
• Comfortable using tools like Microsoft Office, Excel, and digital court platforms
• Be a team player, open to feedback, and eager to improve legal workflows
