Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in Law and a minimum of 5 years' experience in contract management. You will analyze contracts and assess risks while collaborating with various departments. Our finance team is looking to incorporate a key player: someone with a legal mindset, good judgment, and a desire for stability. We are seeking someone who wants to stay and grow with us.

What will you do?

You will join the Finance Department as transversal legal support, mainly focused on contract risk analysis and management. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Reviewing, analyzing, and drafting civil and commercial contracts (with suppliers, clients, and intra-group companies).
2. Identifying and assessing contractual risks.
3. Coordinating with various internal departments (purchasing, sales, logistics, etc.) to provide legal support.
4. Managing bank guarantees.
5. Liaising with both national and international clients and suppliers.
6. Providing general legal assistance with day-to-day issues across the group.

Who are we looking for?

• A Bachelor's Degree in Law, or other degrees with a legal focus.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a legal advisor or paralegal (preferably in a small law firm).
• Previous experience working with civil and/or commercial contracts.
• Good command of English (spoken and written – it's part of the daily workflow).
• A proactive, practical profile with the ability to work in a team and take on challenges independently.
• We value (but do not require): prior in-house experience, knowledge of international contracts, and group corporate structures.

A Master in Legal Practice or bar membership is not required. This position is ideal for someone looking to leave the fast-paced world of law firms behind and join a more stable and balanced working environment, with involvement in international projects and a collaborative atmosphere.
