As a Paid Social / Social Ads Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Applying the global brand strategy across social networks, focusing on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and potentially LinkedIn and Pinterest, while staying updated with market evolution.
  2. Supervising and controlling the implementation of planning rules.
  3. Launching and managing connected workflows between clients and teams.
  4. Developing benchmarks by category and brand.
  5. Liaising with a major online bank and a leading beauty company in Europe.

Daily activities include:

  • Managing paid social media plans to meet objectives and KPIs.
  • Assisting in social media strategy development and execution.
  • Communicating with content teams, community managers, and influencers to ensure integrated planning.
  • Monitoring competitors' activity on social networks.
  • Analyzing campaign results and applying learnings to strategies.
  • Coordinating between brand and agency social teams.
  • Providing technical updates and product news to activation teams.

Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Economics, or related fields, along with 2-3 years of experience in digital agencies, particularly in campaign setup and execution on social networks, and experience with international accounts.
