Your mission

We are seeking an enthusiastic Paid Social Media Specialist to lead our global social media advertising efforts, focusing on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This role combines performance-driven strategy with creative leadership, managing campaign execution and developing high-performing ad creatives. You will report to the Digital Ads Manager and have the opportunity to make an immediate impact and grow within our team.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media advertising, with expertise in Meta platforms;
• Experience with TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels is a plus;
• Proven ability to drive performance through creative testing and iteration;
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, ad formats, and best practices for social platforms;
• Experience managing the end-to-end creative process, including briefing designers, video editors, or copywriters;
• Full professional proficiency in English;
• A mix of creative thinking and data-driven decision-making;
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail;
• Interest or experience in tech and software;
• Passionate, positive, and creative spirit.

Added values

• Skills in design or video editing tools like Figma, Canva, etc.;
• Copywriting experience for social ads;
• Additional languages besides English, preferably German or Italian;
• Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.

Location

At iubenda, we support full remote work. You can work from anywhere in the world or from our offices in Milan, Bologna, Berlin, or Hamburg, following a hybrid model if preferred.
