Your mission

We are looking for an enthusiastic Paid Social Media Specialist to lead our social media advertising efforts on a global scale, with a strong focus on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This role blends performance-driven strategy with creative leadership, as you’ll manage both campaign execution and the development of high-performing ad creatives. You will report to the Digital Ads Manager and have the opportunity to make an immediate impact and grow quickly within our team.

Responsibilities

• Lead social media advertising globally with a focus on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels as applicable.
• Drive performance through creative testing and iteration.
• Oversee the end-to-end creative process (concept to production), including briefing designers, video editors, or copywriters.
• Collaborate with the Digital Ads Manager and stakeholders to align campaigns with business goals.
• Analyze data and optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience with social media advertising (Meta platforms required; TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels a plus).
• Proven ability to drive performance through creative testing and iteration.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, ad formats, and best practices for social platforms.
• Experience managing the end-to-end creative process (concept to production, including briefing designers, video editors, or copywriters).
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• A blend of creative thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Interest and/or experience in tech & software.
• You are a passionate, positive, and creative spirit.

Added values

• Hands-on design or video editing skills (Figma, Canva, etc.).
• Copywriting experience for social ads.
• Additional languages besides English, preferably German or Italian.
• Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization.

Location

At iubenda we believe in full-remote. You will be completely free to work from anywhere in the world. If you prefer a hybrid setup, offices are available in Milan and Bologna (Italy) and Berlin and Hamburg (Germany).
