A leading media and advertising company in Madrid is seeking an operational support specialist to assist client teams throughout the client lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing campaign timelines, budget maintenance, and client reporting. Ideal candidates should have experience in operational support and strong relationship management skills. This is a full-time, permanent role.
The purpose of this role is to support client teams and their clients providing operational support of one or more elements of the end-to-end client lifecycle, from onboarding through offboarding, as well as campaign coordination, budget maintenance, reporting, and audit.
Manages campaign timelines and provides operational support in coordination with internal and external associates to ensure that appropriate materials are received and/or distributed correctly and meet or exceed client quality specifications and expectations.
Establishes and maintains relationships with the operations team of media companies and key partners across all media brands.
Partners with team members and senior leadership to implement continuous improvements related to client and campaign management to make the process more efficient for clients and the company.
Ensures that client transitions, from onboarding to offboarding, are properly supported and managed.
Partners with planning brands to provide operational support in setting up client contracts and records and maintaining the system.
Ensures support for budget maintenance and usage by creating and/or tracking reference requirements, such as media purchase authorizations (MPA) and budget details.
Manages client reporting requirements and generates report templates in accordance with requirements.
Supports brand leadership in conducting client audits.
Provides additional operational support as needed.
