Job summary

Groupon is seeking a senior leader to own the strategy and execution of paid social and display at scale. You will rebuild how the team operates, implement AI-assisted workflow optimizations, and connect platform automation to budget decisions.

You’ll coach a small team and work with Revenue, BI, Design, and Product to align paid social with group priorities. You will report to the Head of Performance Marketing and operate in a distributed European team, driving cross-market impact while

Experience leading large multi-market paid social campaigns.
Strong track record of driving measurable growth through display and social channels.
Proven ability to coach and develop a small team.

Responsibilities

Own strategy end-to-end for paid social and display.
Lead DPA and feed performance, optimize catalog quality and structure.
Redesign planning from brief to launch to post-mortem for faster output and higher quality.
Run AI-assisted campaign creation and automate workflows with reliable systems.
Set up platform automations for budget alerts and spend anomalies.
Coach a small team with clear KPIs and regular performance reviews.
Collaborate with Revenue, BI, Design, and Product to align paid social with business priorities.
