Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) seeks a hands-on Business Development Representative to grow our paid social agency business across Europe. You will identify advertisers, engage decision-makers, and convert conversations into qualified opportunities.

The role emphasizes outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and other channels, building target lists, testing messages, and using HubSpot to organize activity. Fluent English is required; prior agency or ad-tech sales is preferred.

Formación

• 2–4 years in a new-business/opening role at a marketing/advertising agency or ad-tech sales to brands.
• Hands-on HubSpot experience.
• Comfort using AI tools to build pipeline and generate leads.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Identify advertisers likely to benefit from paid social services.
• Build target account and decision-maker lists from scratch.
• Research prospects’ acquisition strategy and opportunities.
• Prospect via LinkedIn, email and other channels.
• Create outbound sequences and personalized messaging.
• Generate qualified conversations and meetings with marketing leaders.
• Qualify opportunities based on need, budget, timing.
• Introduce paid social proposition clearly and commercially.
• Coordinate with paid-social specialists on deeper conversations.
• Test verticals, audiences, and messages.
• Use prospecting tools to organize outbound activity.
• Attend industry events to create follow-ups.
• Feed market insights to refine positioning.
