We are looking for a Social Media Expert to lead the activation, execution, monitoring, and optimization of social media advertising campaigns for high-profile clients from a center of excellence working for global markets. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing multiple advertising platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Pinterest, Sprinklr, and will possess an analytical and creative vision to exceed client objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Activate, execute, and optimize Paid Media campaigns on social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Pinterest, Sprinklr, and others.
  2. Create and adapt advertising strategies aligned with each client's objectives, maximizing KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
  3. Configure and manage tracking tools such as Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Analytics.
  4. Identify opportunities to expand reach and optimize campaign strategies based on market data.
  5. Analyze campaign performance through customized dashboards and analysis tools like Google Analytics.
  6. Hold periodic meetings with Business Unit teams to present results.
  7. Analyze the competition to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  8. Conduct A/B tests to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of ads, audiences, and strategies.
  9. Handle billing, financial reconciliation, and budget control of campaigns.
Job Requirements
  1. 2 to 3 years of experience managing Paid Media, branding, and performance marketing campaigns for medium and large clients.
  2. Advanced proficiency in platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Twitter Ads.
  3. Experience with analysis and reporting tools.
  4. Operational skills with a strong orientation towards performance marketing.
  5. C1 level of English is mandatory.
  6. High level of French is highly valued for maintaining technical conversations.
  7. Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
