The Global Platform Management department guarantees an increase in the volume of our clients' businesses through advertisements on different platforms: search engines, social media, affiliation, media, programmatic, among others (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter, LinkedIn, Amazon, Microsoft Advertising, Programmatic, Affiliation, Media). We always work in the different phases of our clients' Customer Journeys. What we’d like you to do

• Oversee the implementation and execution of paid social media campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify areas for optimization.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards for management and clients.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Review and assure campaign budgets and track spending.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and platform guidelines.
• Contribute to the development of social media strategies.
• Mentor and train junior team members.
• Identify and implement best practices and automation processes.

What we’d like you to bring

We are looking for someone proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to new challenges with a positive attitude.

You have at least 3 years of experience performing similar tasks in marketing agencies or with clients.

You have a strong track record managing diverse client portfolios, with strong analytical skills, and know how to prioritize tasks.

You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Advertising, Marketing, or Economics.

You have previous experience working with Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Facebook, or Instagram.

You possess a C1 level of English, both spoken and written.
