Our Team

The AI Media team evolved from the Paid shopping team after migrating to Performance Max. Our campaigns span multiple inventory sources, emphasizing a customer-first, channel-agnostic approach. We allocate spend across media types based on AI algorithms that identify the next best opportunity to optimize spend efficiency. The team leverages machine learning and automation to optimize bidding, targeting, and ad creatives in real-time to meet our goals. Currently, we manage Performance Max (Google + Microsoft) and Demand Gen (Google) campaigns.

Our team is globally distributed, with members based in Barcelona, the US, and India. We operate as a centralized team, with members embedded in regional teams (NA, ANZ, EU). Your role will support the EU regional team.

AI Media is a fast-growing team at the forefront of the evolving digital media landscape, harnessing AI and automation to drive smarter, adaptive campaigns.

What You Will Do

• Manage Google and Microsoft ad campaigns across European markets, focusing on ROE, collaborating with the EU team to achieve business goals.
• Report and present on market performance, providing actionable insights and contributing to team learnings.
• Monitor and manage large monthly media budgets, ensuring proper pacing and spend alignment.
• Audit accounts for opportunities and execute strategies to enhance channel performance aligned with marketing objectives.
• Apply understanding of the landscape and current performance to test new ideas for increasing profit and ROAS, especially in shopping feeds.
• Collaborate with regional marketing stakeholders, including media planning, paid search, GTM, and ad tech teams.
• Ensure operational excellence to deliver an exceptional customer experience, paying close attention to detail.
• Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring objectives are met with high-quality deliverables.

Your Qualifications

• 2+ years managing Paid Search/shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
• Expertise in Paid Search, shopping ads, automated bidding, campaign management, and data storytelling.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, deliver on deadlines, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong team player, willing to support others and contribute to team success.
• Autonomous problem solver, capable of breaking down complex tasks.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Demand Gen, Google Display, or YouTube campaigns.
• Tools: Google Merchant Centre, Looker, Google Analytics.
