Our Team: The AI Media team originated from the Paid shopping team, following the migration to Performance Max. AI Media campaigns utilize multiple inventory sources and focus on a customer-first, channel-agnostic approach, allocating spend across media types based on AI algorithms that optimize spend efficiency. These campaigns leverage machine learning and automation for real-time bidding, targeting, and ad creative optimization. The current campaign types managed by the team are Performance Max (Google + Microsoft) and Demand Gen (Google). Our team is globally distributed with members in Barcelona, the US, and India, functioning as a centralized unit with regional embedding, supporting the EU regional team.

AI Media is a rapidly growing team at the forefront of digital media, harnessing AI and automation to enhance campaign performance.

What You Will Do

• Be part of the EU Regional AI Media team, managing Google and Microsoft ad campaigns across European markets, focusing on ROE, collaborating with regional colleagues to meet business goals.
• Report on market performance, providing insights and contributing to team knowledge.
• Manage large monthly media budgets, ensuring proper pacing and spend alignment to prevent overspending or underspending.
• Identify opportunities within accounts and execute strategies to improve channel performance aligned with marketing objectives.
• Apply your understanding of the market, customer needs, and campaign data to test new ideas for increasing profit and ROAS, including shopping feed optimizations.
• Collaborate with regional marketing stakeholders, including media planning, paid search, GTM team, and ad tech teams, to drive performance and growth.
• Ensure flawless operational execution to deliver an exceptional customer experience, leveraging your attention to detail.
• Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring objectives are met with high-quality deliverables.

Your Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience managing Paid Search/shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
• Expertise in Paid Search and shopping ads, automated bidding, campaign management, performance reporting, and data storytelling.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and handle complex tasks while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Strong team player with a proactive approach to helping others succeed.
• Autonomous problem solver, capable of breaking down complex problems into manageable tasks.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Demand Gen, Google Display, YouTube campaigns.
• Tools: Google Merchant Center, Looker, Google Analytics.
