Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Challenges: Optimize campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Bing, ASA) to maximize web conversions and app installs.
  2. Results-Driven Focus: Manage key projects including employer sign-ups and in-app actions (CPI / CPA).
  3. Innovation: Design keyword strategies, conduct A/B tests, and utilize advanced analytics to boost ROI.
  4. Collaborative Culture: Work with cross-functional teams (data, creative, marketing) and grow professionally.
  5. Flexibility: Remote model.
Key Requirements
  • 4+ years managing large-budget, scalable campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, and tools like SEMrush or Ahrefs.
  • Experience in marketplaces, SaaS, or B2B (preferred).
  • Track record in app install campaigns and conversion metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize strategies.
  • Advanced Spanish (preferred).
