Our Team

The AI Media team evolved from the Paid shopping team after migrating to Performance Max. Our campaigns span multiple inventory sources, focusing on a customer-first, channel-agnostic approach. We allocate spend across media types based on AI algorithms that optimize efficiency. Our campaigns leverage machine learning and automation to optimize bidding, targeting, and ad creatives in real-time. Currently, we manage Performance Max (Google + Microsoft) and Demand Gen (Google) campaigns.

Our team is globally distributed, with members in Barcelona, the US, and India. We operate as a centralized team, with members embedded in regional teams (NA, ANZ, EU). You will support the EU regional team.

AI Media is a fast-growing team at the forefront of digital media, harnessing AI and automation to drive smarter campaigns.

What You Will Do

• Manage Google and Microsoft ad campaigns across European markets, focusing on ROE, collaborating with the EU team to meet business goals.
• Report and present market performance insights, contributing to team learning.
• Monitor and manage large monthly media budgets, ensuring proper pacing and spend alignment.
• Identify opportunities within accounts and execute strategies to improve performance aligned with marketing objectives.
• Apply your understanding of the landscape and campaign performance to test new ideas for increasing profit and ROAS, including shopping feed optimization.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders like media planning, paid search, GTM, and ad tech teams.
• Ensure operational excellence for an exceptional customer experience through attention to detail.
• Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

Your Qualifications

• 2+ years managing Paid Search/shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
• Expertise in Paid Search and shopping ads, including automated bidding, campaign management, and data storytelling.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage complex projects.
• Strong team player willing to support others and contribute to team success.
• Autonomous problem solver, capable of breaking down complex issues.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Demand Gen, Google Display, or YouTube campaigns.
• Tools: Google Merchant Center, Looker, Google Analytics.
