We’re working with an innovative platform in the job search industry, used by millions to connect employers and job seekers. We’re seeking a Paid Search Specialist to lead acquisition strategies through paid campaigns and scale results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Bing, ASA) to maximize web conversions and app installs.
  • Focus on results such as employer sign-ups and in-app actions (CPI / CPA).
  • Design keyword strategies, conduct A/B tests, and utilize advanced analytics to boost ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data, creative, marketing) and grow professionally.
  • Remote model.

Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years managing large-budget, scalable campaigns.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Experience in marketplaces, SaaS, or B2B (preferred).
  • Track record in app install campaigns and conversion metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize strategies.
  • Advanced Spanish (preferred).
