GUT, a Globant business unit, is seeking a Paid Media Trainee in Madrid to help partners grow through digital campaigns. You will learn and support media planning, optimization, and reporting within a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates will have fluent English, a Bachelor's degree (signing agreement possible), basic Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a strong interest in digital marketing analytics. Knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; possibility of signing an agreement.
• English fluency is essential; high level of spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Interest in growing a business through digital campaigns.
• Knowledge of digital analytics and Google Analytics is a plus; Master’s in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing is desirable.
