Formación

  • 2+ years managing paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads).
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish written and spoken fluency required.
  • Experience with automation tools is advantageous.

The Marketing Hub is a native digital B2B marketing agency specialized in designing and managing sales and marketing programs that drive measurable growth for leading technology companies, energy and defense industries, and software start-ups.

We're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team in Madrid, Spain. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong hands-on experience in paid media who’s ready to grow in a collaborative, international environment.

You’ll work closely with a team of experienced marketers and project managers, helping clients reach their goals through well-structured campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and programmatic platforms.

Your Responsibilities

  • Help set up and manage paid media B2B campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google and Display platforms.
  • Write and adapt ad copy, define targeting, and support campaign segmentation strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like GA4, GTM and HubSpot.
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and developers.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, trainings, and industry certifications.
  • Stay curious and experiment with AI and automation tools to improve your work.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in managing paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads).
  • Bilingual : English and Spanish (written and spoken fluency required).
  • A quick learner with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, curious, and always looking to improve.
  • Comfortable working in a team and being accountable for results.
  • Valid working permit in Spain.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Linkedin Ads Certifications
  • Meta Ads Certifications
  • Experience with Google Ads or TikTok Ads
  • Understanding of attribution models in B2B and how they impact performance reporting
