The Job

Your Role :

  • Own paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube & more
  • Optimize funnels from first click to final conversion
  • Launch A / B tests, write killer ad copy, and collaborate with content pros
  • Use data to drive every decision — ROAS, CTR, CPA, CAC
  • Report results clearly, optimize relentlessly, and scale smart

  • 2+ years managing paid campaigns across major platforms
  • Strong grasp of analytics (GA4, pixels, tags, tracking)
  • Creative + analytical — you get both sides
  • Comfortable working solo and in sync across time zones
  • Love building and experimenting, not just managing
