Degusta Box is seeking a Paid Media Executive to manage and optimize Google Ads and Social Ads campaigns aimed at boosting B2C sales across multiple markets. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. Formación

• At least 2 years of experience with Meta and Google Ads.
• Professional level of English; Spanish, German, French, or Italian is a plus.
• Good knowledge of SEO is a plus.

THE ROLE

As our Paid Media Executive you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads & Social Ads campaigns in order to boost the B2C sales of Degusta Box across our 6 current markets. You will take full ownership of this marketing channel and work under a monthly user acquisition target.

YOU WILL

• Implement and optimise Meta and Google ads acquisition marketing campaigns (and other channels like Bing or TikTok).
• Analyse campaign performance and drive testing initiatives and decisions based on data to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the campaigns and drive acquisition.
• Set up and optimise prospecting and retargeting strategies.
• Analyze and report different performance metrics : CPA, CPC, CPM, ROI, CTR, CR, LTV.
• Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies.
• Keep up to date with Meta and Google Ads best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools, and industry research.
• Work closely with the creative department to optimize campaign materials.
• Collaborate with the technical team in order to ensure right tracking and the overall journey of the users.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

THIS IS YOU

• You speak a professional level of English; a professional level of Spanish, German, French or Italian is a plus.
• You have at least 2 years of experience working with Meta and Google Ads.
• You have excellent knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• You have a good knowledge of Google Analytics.
• You have an analytical approach and data-oriented way of working.
• You have a good level of Microsoft Excel.
• You are results-oriented, proactive and a quick learner.
• You are highly organized and manage your time efficiently.
• Some knowledge of SEO is a plus.
