THE ROLE

As our Paid Media Executive, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads & Social Ads campaigns to boost the B2C sales of Degusta Box across our 6 current markets. You will take full ownership of this marketing channel and work under a monthly user acquisition target.

YOU WILL

1. Implement and optimise Meta and Google ads acquisition marketing campaigns (and other channels like Bing or TikTok).
2. Analyse campaign performance and drive testing initiatives and decisions based on data to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the campaigns and drive acquisition.
3. Set up and optimise prospecting and retargeting strategies.
4. Analyze and report different performance metrics: CPA, CPC, CPM, ROI, CTR, CR, LTV.
5. Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs and reconcile discrepancies.
6. Keep up to date with Meta and Google Ads best practices, bid management systems, keyword development tools, and industry research.
7. Work closely with the creative department to optimize campaign materials.
8. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper tracking and the overall journey of the users.
9. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

THIS IS YOU

1. You speak a professional level of English; a professional level of Spanish, German, French, or Italian is a plus.
2. You have at least 2 years of experience working with Meta and Google Ads.
3. You have excellent knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
4. You have a good knowledge of Google Analytics.
5. You have an analytical approach and data-oriented way of working.
6. You have a good level of Microsoft Excel.
7. You are results-oriented, proactive, and a quick learner.
8. You are highly organized and manage your time efficiently.
9. Some knowledge of SEO is a plus.
