Job summary

Satorisan is seeking a Paid Media Manager to lead and optimize our paid media campaigns globally. You will design SEM and Paid Social strategies across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok, manage audiences, and drive analytics-driven decisions.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of SEM and Paid Social experience, strong Excel skills, GA4 know-how, GTM, and familiarity with Shopify. This role offers a flexible hybrid setup with a Valencia office and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in SEM and Paid Social.
• Strong analytical mindset with GA4 experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads, YouTube, Meta and TikTok.
• Manage and optimize audiences for efficiency and performance.
• Leverage SEM and Paid Social on Google, Bing, Amazon, Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Analyze web data with GA4 and other data sources to inform decisions.
• Propose e-commerce optimization improvements and report results.
• Develop SEM and Paid Social plans, budgets and periodic optimizations.
• Research keywords, craft ad copies and structure campaigns by goals.
• Oversee monthly billing and budget tracking.

We are now looking for someone who shares our values to join our team as a Paid Media Manager.

Your responsibilities

• Creation and monitoring Paid Media campaigns like Google Ads, Youtube, Meta and TikTok campaigns.
• Management and optimization of audiences.
• Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and advertising on the Google, Bing and Amazon platforms.
• Knowledge of Paid Social and advertising on META and TikTok ads platforms.
• Responsible for web analytics through GA4 and the different data sources.
• Proposals for optimization of e-commerce.
• Strategy, reporting and campaign optimization.
• Establishment of SEM and Paid Social plans and proposals. Development, activation and optimization of the tactical descent.
• Analysis of keywords, creation of copys and the structure of campaigns based on objectives.
• Monthly billing and budget management.

And as the ideal candidate, you have...

• Bachelor’s Degree related with Advertising, Marketing, Economics or similar
• Good communication skills, dynamic, flexible, and proactive
• Relevant experience (+3 years) in “Search Engine Marketing" (SEM) and Paid Social.
• Medium level of Excel.
• Relevant experience in web analysis with tools such as GA4.
• Relevant experience with GTM and Google Merchant Center.
• Knowledge around dahsboards in looker studio or PowerBI will be a plus.
• Solid communication skills and fluent level of English.
• Familiarity with the Shopify platform would be an advantage.
