Hospitality Tech Group seeks a Paid Media Intern to monitor Google Ads and Meta campaigns, report on performance, and refresh creatives. You’ll work closely with Artefact and the global Marketing Team across Europe in a live paid media operation.

This 6-month, full-time internship is based in our Barcelona office. You’ll gain real hands-on exposure and mentorship within a fast-growing hospitality-tech environment.

Formación

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data/Analytics, or related field.
• Genuine interest in performance/paid media marketing; coursework or internship is a plus.
• Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets; reporting tools are a plus.
• Some familiarity with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads Manager is a strong plus, but training is provided.
• Detail-oriented with daily monitoring mindset.
• Spanish as first language and fluent in English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor Google Ads and Meta campaigns daily, flag budget pacing issues or anomalies.
• Build and maintain performance reporting with spend, CAC, conversions, ROAS across channels.
• Coordinate refresh of ad creatives (static/video/copy) with design teams.
• Run competitive benchmarking across Meta/Google and summarize findings.
• Hands-on setup, launch, and optimization of campaigns with Artefact.
• Act as day-to-day contact with Artefact and translate priorities into briefs.
• Support ad-hoc analyses to inform paid media strategy.
