Formación

Your role and work environment:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Paid Media Expert to join our Paid Media Team, Team of the Brand Experience COE.

The responsibility of this team is building and executing an integrated Paid Media strategy, planning communication campaigns, multiproduct and multichannel, and ensuring acquisition and brand awareness objectives achievement for a given business line.

Your key responsibilities:

As a Paid Media Expert you will have to:

  1. Define product & brand strategy: Understand business and brand needs, ensuring objectives achievement by executing an adequate acquisition and branding strategy.
  2. Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns through online and offline media to maximize digital sales, ensuring maximum reach, visibility, and ROI, monitoring campaigns performance along with overall bank's acquisition results.
  3. Good quality leads optimization following metrics such as final conversion and lifetime value.
  4. Enhance efficiency and data fluency: Continuous campaigns efficiency analysis according to different metrics (media, web analytics, and business), to implement continuous improvements in planning and cost negotiated with media.
  5. Media budget execution, achieving an optimal media mix by product and target.
  6. Follow up agreements negotiated with media to achieve maximum cost efficiency.
  7. Coordinate media agency to achieve maximum efficiency.
  8. Translate media research insights into media planning to guarantee data-driven decision making, activating the most efficient planning for each target in each media.
  9. Develop digital strategy: Execute data activation strategy of first and third-party data, adapting it to industry changes and regulations.
  10. Activation of digital marketing tools, orienting advertising campaigns segmentations to specific audience targets: ad server, programmatic buying, DMP, CDP, DCO.

What are we looking for?

  • 2/3 years of experience executing acquisition strategies through paid media in advertisers, media publishers, or media agencies.
  • Marketing and communication global vision. Online / offline marketing channels knowledge, including their contribution to sales in every stage of the digital funnel. Knowledge of main performance media: Paid Search, Affiliation, Programmatic, and Paid Social.
  • Digital marketing tools technical knowledge, including optimization and buying (Adwords, DSPs, Facebook Ads, DMP ...), ad serving (GMP), web analytics (Adobe, tagging), and data management (DMP, CDP).
  • Analytical mindset, transforming data into actionable information. Able to seek results from new perspectives.
  • Proactivity, organization, innovation, and result-oriented. Passionate about new environments (new technologies, formats, devices ...).
  • Valued experience managing SEM / PPC campaigns and DSP trading.
  • Team player.
  • Excellent oral and written English skills. Ability to work on an international level.
