Userguest, a venture capital-backed company, is expanding its Account Management team with a new SEM Account Manager position. This entry-level role involves managing and optimizing Google Ads and Facebook campaigns for boutique hotels, focusing on customer relationships and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality and a strong understanding of SEM best practices, alongside excellent communication skills in English and French.

Userguest is a Venture Capital-backed company providing innovative solutions to independent, boutique hotel groups and hotel chains. Our software helps hotels improve website performance and convert visitors into bookings. As Userguest expands, we are seeking an ideal candidate to join our Account Management team based in EMEA. The candidate should have experience in hospitality, account management, and search engine marketing (SEM), including Google Ads and Facebook campaigns. Eager candidates will be highly regarded.

Userguest is currently looking for an SEM Account Manager to join our team and work on exciting new projects.

Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and video calls to provide support and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Manage Google Ads campaigns for clients.
  • Optimize existing accounts and implement SEM best practices.
  • Run Facebook paid campaigns based on customer needs and strategies.
  • Set up regular reporting and strategy calls with customers.
  • Proficient in setting up and troubleshooting conversion tracking pixels on Google Ads and Facebook.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive engagement, applying company guidelines and best practices.
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout customer engagement.
  • Identify customer challenges and suggest better solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to customers.

Requirements :

  • Proficient in English and French; knowledge of Spanish is a big plus.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
  • Tech-savvy with a good understanding of e-commerce technical concepts such as tracking solutions, Google Tag Manager, and website scripts.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in hospitality tech and marketing is essential.
  • Experience running Google Ads and Facebook campaigns is a must.
