Key Responsibilities
- Develop procurement strategies to support business needs.
- Manage packaging material supply, mitigating risks through innovative solutions with internal and external partners.
- Monitor supplier capacity and capabilities, including mould utilization, to ensure supply continuity.
- Oversee mould health and refurbishment projects, including capex management.
- Lead global and regional negotiations.
- Execute contracts and leverage digital tools for support.
- Follow market trends, lead price forecasting, and support budgeting.
- Contribute to packaging sustainability goals, including NDPE and plastic reduction.
- Achieve cost savings and value creation.
- Optimize packaging design for cost and functionality.
- Implement value chain projects for efficiency.
- Build strategic supplier relationships.
- Drive supplier innovation ideas to market.
- Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to align technical and commercial programs.
- Ensure resilient supply chains and reduce portfolio complexity.
- Embrace digital initiatives.
- Maintain high supplier service and quality standards.
- Act as a key interface for suppliers, demonstrating procurement value.

Experiences & Qualifications
- At least three years in procurement or supply chain, preferably in FMCG.
- Experience managing suppliers and negotiations.
- Knowledge of cost modeling and contracts.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience working in a global virtual team.
- Advanced Excel and analytics skills.
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques.
