Haleon is seeking a Process Technology Manager in Madrid to oversee all packaging design changes, NPIs, product transfers, and site changes for local and external pharma sites. You will assess impacts on packaging processes, ensure MHRA/GMP compliance, and manage change controls and documentation.

The role requires engineering experience in cGMP environments, strong problem solving, and project management skills.

Formación

• BS in Packaging Science or related technical degree (Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of engineering/product manufacturing experience in an industrial or cGMP environment.
• Knowledge of packaging equipment technology and packaging materials.
• Use of problem solving and continuous improvement tools.
• Project management.
• Data analytics and statistics.
• Fluent in English; Spanish is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct impact assessments for new packaging and changes affecting processes, stability, and perception.
• Ensure local regulatory compliance (MHRA, GMP) and legal compliance for packaging.
• Support supplier complaint process for packaging components.
• Use CHAMPS, CH-Pack, SAP, and Veeva to author/revise packaging docs and change controls.
• Lead packaging issue resolution and root-cause investigations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering on projects and productivity.
• Lead and support packaging process improvement projects.
• Participate in Performance Centred Teams and HAPS deployment as required.
• Evaluate packaging impact on change controls; manage deviations and CAPAs.
