Haleon in Madrid is seeking a Process Technology Manager to oversee all pack design changes, NPIs, product transfers, and site changes to support packaging supply goals across local sites.

You will assess packaging impacts, ensure regulatory and legal compliance, and utilize CHAMPS, CH-Pack, SAP, and Veeva to manage documentation and change controls. Collaborative work across Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering drives improvements.

Formación

• BS in Packaging Science or related technical degree (preferably Engineer).
• Minimum of 2 years of engineering/manufacturing experience in a cGMP environment.
• Knowledge of packaging equipment technology and packaging materials.
• Experience with problem-solving and continuous improvement tools.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts impact assessments for new packaging and packaging changes.
• Ensures local regulatory compliance (MHRA, GMP) and legal compliance (CRSF, tamper evidence, weights and measures).
• Author/revise packaging instructions, SOPs, technical reports, risk assessments, and change controls using SAP, Veeva, CHAMPS, CH-Pack.
• Lead resolution of packaging issues and risks to minimize business impact.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering on projects and improvements.
