Haleon, a global consumer health company, seeks a site technical lead for packaging technologies and materials. You will drive change controls, implement CPV, and collaborate with regional/global teams to ensure validated manufacturing processes.

You will guide risk assessments, PCS updates, and validation reports, enabling reliable product quality while coordinating technical transfers for OSD formulations and packaging. Fluent English and Spanish are required.

Formación

• BS degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in Manufacturing Science, Product Development, or Technical Operations.
• Knowledge of packaging equipment technology.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Lead or contribute to change controls impacting products or processes.
• Coordinate with Regional and Global Technical teams for validated state.
• Implement CPV and trend data analyses on site.
• Maintain product control strategies and TRA assessments.
• Oversee validations of manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Manage technical transfer activities for incoming products.
