Haleon in Spain (Canary Islands) is seeking a Process Technology Manager to own all pack design changes, NPIs, transfers, and site changes across packaging operations. This role requires collaboration with Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering teams to meet supply goals.

You will ensure regulatory compliance (GMP/MHRA where applicable), manage packaging change controls, and drive continuous improvement using SAP, CHAMPS and other systems to optimise packaging processes.

Formación

• BS in Packaging Science or related technical degree; engineer preferred.
• 2+ years of engineering/manufacturing experience in cGMP.
• Knowledge of packaging equipment and materials; data analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Assess impact of new packaging and changes on processes and stability.
• Ensure regulatory (GMP/MHRA) and legal (tamper evidence) compliance.
• Support supplier complaint processes for packaging components.
• Use CHAMPS, CH-Pack, SAP, Veeva to write/change packaging docs and controls.
• Lead resolution of packaging risks and deviations; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering on projects.
