Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative, sustainable packaging solutions, aligned with brand identity
• Build powerful packaging supplier networks across Europe and Asia
• Coordinate technical testing of materials and components for quality assurance
• Negotiate keen terms with suppliers, including pricing, lead times, and delivery
• Work closely with design and production teams to create market-ready packaging from product concepts
• Attend international trade events and keep current with new packaging technologies, trends and sustainable materials

Candidate Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Engineering, or a related field
• Senior-level Packaging experience within cosmetics or pharmaceuticals, including scale-up expertise
• Strategic thinking with results-oriented approach and analytical mindset
• Fluent written and spoken English for international communications
