Are you passionate about the automotive industry and have experience managing packaging projects with major manufacturers? We are looking for a Packaging Engineer to join the Process department, reporting directly to the area manager.

About the position

You will be part of a dynamic team, managing multi-client projects for major automotive manufacturers and working with customer and Tier 1 web packaging modules. You will have the opportunity to contribute your experience and vision in an innovative and constantly evolving environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with packaging software from leading manufacturers.
• Proficiency in web packaging modules and Tier 1.
• Advanced handling of packaging management and validation tools, as well as container fleet management.
• Knowledge of packaging component suppliers and the types and characteristics of containers.
• Experience with plastic parts, the automotive sector, and multi-client management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Main functions

• Quotation, design, and preparation of standard and alternative packaging instructions.
• Participation in the calculation and sizing of packaging fleets.
• Support for plants in managing customer claims.
• Continuous updating and improvement of packaging solutions.
