A leading company in the immunoassay field is looking for a partner to manage the documentation and design processes related to packaging materials. This role involves supporting various departments, creating and printing labels, and ensuring compliance with manufacturing procedures.

Formación

• Experience in printing software (Codesoft, Bartender) preferred.
• Fluency in Office tools (Excel & Word).
• Language skills in Spanish or Catalan required, basic English beneficial.

Job Summary: The role of this partner is to execute all manufacturing and design processes required in the department. These procedures are related to packaging materials, such as labels, inserts, and boxes. The partner is also responsible for preparing all documentation systems, not only for new products but also for those already on the market, when a work order is about to be released. Additionally, provides technical support to other departments.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Assist in periodic meetings with the documentation control team to ensure all ongoing procedures are ready before deadlines.
2. Create and support in labeling printing, IFU production, and digital formats (CDs).
3. Design new labels, inserts, and boxes.
4. Manage materials needed for internal procedures.
5. Support the Filling & Packaging area for updating printing parameters as required.
6. Lead external designers, providing all necessary details for new layouts or modifications.
7. Provide technical support to departments such as engineering.
8. Generate variable data packaging.
9. Trigger activities related to new part numbers in SAP and maintain related technical data sheets.
10. Support vendors with technical requirements.
11. Ensure smooth progression of manufacturing orders and modify Bill of Materials as needed.
12. Collect information and summarize project status for the team manager.

Networking: This partner must interact with various departments (QC, QA, RA, Marketing, Operational Excellence, R&D, Warehouse, Purchasing, Customer Service) to gather necessary information for packaging material execution.

Minimum Knowledge and Education:

• Required: Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio in Administrative field.
• Valuable: Additional degrees or relevant work experience.

Experience in printing software (Codesoft, Bartender) is preferred. Fluency in Office tools (Excel & Word), basic SAP knowledge, and language skills in Spanish or Catalan are required. Basic English skills are beneficial. Knowledge of Acrobat and printing software is valuable.
