Formación

• Expérience en logiciels d'impression souhaitée.

Descripción del empleo

The role of this partner is to execute all manufacturing and design processes required in the department. These procedures are all related to packaging materials, such as labels, inserts, and boxes. They are also responsible for preparing all documentation systems, not only for new products but also for those already on the market, when a work order is about to be released. Additionally, they provide technical support to other departments.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in periodic meetings with the documentation control team to ensure all ongoing procedures are ready before deadlines.
• Create and support labeling printing.
• Create and support in the production of IFUs.
• Create and support digital formats (CDs).
• Design new labels, inserts, and boxes.
• Control the materials needed for internal procedures.
• Support the Filling & Packaging area when end users require updates to printing parameters.
• Lead external designers by providing all necessary details and information to produce or modify layouts.
• Provide technical support to other departments such as engineering.
• Generate variable data packaging.
• Trigger activities related to new part numbers in SAP.
• Maintain technical data sheets and other documentation in digital formats, such as data-charts (SAP).
• Support vendors in resolving technical doubts.
• Ensure that future manufacturing orders can proceed smoothly.
• Modify Bill of Materials when necessary.
• Collect information to summarize project status for the team manager.

Networking

This partner must interact with various departments (QC, QA, RA, Marketing, Operational Excellence, R&D, Warehouse, Purchasing, Customer Service) to gather all necessary information for packaging material execution.

Education

Valuable: Any additional degree beyond the minimum required.

Degree can be substituted with relevant skills and work experience.

Experience

Experience in topics like printing software such as Codesoft or Bartender is desirable.

Additional Skills

Fluency in Office tools (Excel & Word), basic knowledge of SAP is valuable.

Languages: Fluency in Spanish or Catalan; basic knowledge of English (reading and speaking).

Standards: Knowledge of Acrobat and printing software is valuable.
